I'll be completely honest...Never really understood what that meant.

My coach always models how she "gets back on the Unicorn." Sharing posts that ebb and flow like a wild but calming river as she shifts her mindset with ease by feeling her feelings.

Wondering, "Why can't I do that? What's wrong with me?"

I desire to change! I want to release these stupid beliefs keeping me in a chokehold from my greatness. My purpose.

Stomach gripping, chest tightening, making it hard to breathe, bile burns up my throat, and tears begin to sting my eyes.

I'm "doing all the things," but nothing is working!

While on a weekly coaching call, It hit me. I wasn't going all in on my business. This feeling of "one foot in, one foot out" loomed over me.

Wax on Wax off, the way you do one thing is the way you do all things.

As I felt the feeling of not going all in, looking for my escape, waiting for the other shoe to drop, I turned around in my mind's eye...

...there was my husband.

I wasn't going all in with my partner!?

When we would have a disagreement or argument, I would begin having ruminating thoughts of "What's my escape plan"

Engulfing me in a storm of black spinning ropes, electricity sparking. No one could reach me as I guarded my heart.

Looking deep into his ocean blue eyes, his sexy smile, and feeling the energy of love crashing towards my chest, soothing the fear that had hardened over my heart, I made the choice to go all in...on us!

That same day I made that choice, our whole relationship had shifted. AND STILL IS!

Taking us to an adorable nearby town to have coffee and breakfast and take photos of the Holiday decorations. It was even his idea to take a picture of us as a family!

Keeping him at arm's length away was just residue from my past experiences.

I'm choosing to go all in and it has affected my productivity, my business, my connection with our son, how I feel about my body, and finally enjoying life!

This container is a combination of Live Calls & digital pre-recorded content.

There are recorded training, workbooks, journal prompts, hypnotherapy recordings, tapping videos, and a private Facebook Community.
How much time will this program take?
This is a high paced container for the highly ambitious driven woman ready to GET SHIT DONE! The live call recordings are all 60 minutes long and the assignments are designed to take 30min - hour.
Approximately 3-4 hours every week should be dedicated for the best possible results.

However, there is no "right" way to move through this material.
What if I miss one week for a call?
No Worries! All calls are recorded and streamed in the Private Facebook Community to rewatch.
Will I get 1 on 1 coaching/feedback/attention from Jenna?

10. Audio/Video Permission:
I understand audio/video recording and pictures will be taken during the Workshop with Jake Woodard. If I choose to be on camera via zoom video, I give full permission to Jake Woodard Coaching Inc. and any associates to use any audio/video that is captured during the time of the event. I give full permission for the audio/video/pictures to be used for any marketing purposes.

11. Our Refund Policy:
All purchases are final sale and no refunds are provided, regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team at jenna@geekresponsibly.com.
12. ARBITRATION CLAUSE:
If you have any complaint or should any issue arise in the use of the Program, please contact us directly first by emailing Geek Responsibly LLC at jenna@geekresponsibly.com.

However, if we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute in that manner, you agree that you and Geek Responsibly LLC shall submit your dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, before an arbitrator that is mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) rules.

By agreeing to this term, you hereby agree and understand that you’re waiving your right to a jury trial in court, which would otherwise be available to you if not for this Arbitration Clause. Should any arbitration hearing need to be held, it shall be held within 20 miles of Sheridan, Wyoming.

If the arbitrator issues an award and a judgment is made, the judgment will be binding and will be entered in court in the State of Wyoming. The only award that can be issued to you is a refund of any payment made to Geek Responsibly LLC for the applicable Program. You are not permitted to seek additional damages, including consequential or punitive damages.

13. Limitation of Liability:
Geek Responsibly LLC is not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your participation in the Program. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) the Program or its content, due to any act, or failure to act, by you. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

14. Payment + Purchase Terms
When you pay for the Program by credit card, you authorize and give permission to Geek Responsibly LLC to charge your credit or debit card for the amount owed for payment of the Program. When you purchase the Program, your information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant Stripe, who may have privacy policies or security practices that are different than ours. Geek Responsibly LLC is not responsible for the merchant’s independent policies or practices.

15. Severability
The provisions of these Terms of Use shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision hereof. If any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause of these Terms of Use shall be adjudged illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability shall have no effect on the Terms of Use as a whole or on any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause hereof not expressly so adjudged.
